Step 1: Prioritize

• Don’t do anything until it’s done. That means no laundry, cleaning, or dishes. Let the children work independently and order pizza for dinner until it’s done. The pizza-only diet and ordering-out expense can be VERY motivating!

• Class titles must be perfect, and the same class title is used on the transcript as the course descriptions. If you aren't certain yours are perfect, take this recommended class.

Step 4: Expand your transcript

• Work through Turning Transcripts into Course Descriptions
• Whether this is an emergency situation, and you need to submit these tomorrow, or you are simply too stressed to start or do more than the minimum, this class will give you course descriptions that are good enough for an emergency.

Step 5: Write Detailed Descriptions

• Watch Putting it All Together
• Do this step only if time allows. Using the copy and paste method, you can quickly use and modify the course descriptions that I have provided you.

Step 6: Add Documentation

• Download the workbook and watch Elements of a Comprehensive Record

• There's more to comprehensive records than course descriptions! This course will help you produce detailed records as quickly as possible, with samples to imitate in the workbook.

Step 7: Final Check and Submit Your Records!

• Do a spell check, shrink to 50% to check for formatting issues, enlarge to 150% to check for grammar issues. Then give the records to the people who need it, either in print or PDF format. Take a deep breath . . . in . . . and out . . . You're done!!
