We appreciate our clients and look forward to having long-term relationships with everyone. To avoid misunderstandings, we are providing you with an outline of our policies, terms, and conditions regarding The HomeScholar products and services.
 
OFFICE HOURSWe are in the office to respond to requests from 9 am to 3 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please allow 24 - 48 hours of response time.
 
PAYMENTFor products, like physical or digital products, payment is due at the time of your order. For services like public speaking, payment in full is due upon completion. When signing up or purchasing a product that includes a subscription service (i.e., membership), including those that are offered with a trial period, introductory offer, or promotion period, you are agreeing to allow ongoing subscription payments until such time as you cancel such service or request us in writing to cancel such service. The payment cycle for all of our subscription memberships is every 30 days commencing the day of purchase. Our subscription memberships include the Silver Training Club, Gold Care Club, College Launch Solution Group Coaching, and College Launch Solution Private Coaching. You can cancel at any time by emailing "supportAThomehighschoolhelp.com." You can also cancel your subscription, update your credit card, and pay outstanding invoices, using THIS LINK.
 
CONSULTATIONSWith your purchase of the Total Transcript Solution, you get one 20 minute phone call (during Wednesday office hours) or email (any day of the week) with Lee. This is not included if you get the Total Transcript Solution as a bonus with your purchase of another product. With your purchase of the Comprehensive Record Solution, you get one review of up to four, one-page documents. This can include four course descriptions, or a transcript plus three course descriptions. The document review must be done at one time and not split into separate reviews of the four documents. Gold Care Club or College Launch Solution Private Coaching members have an opportunity for one, 20-minute phone or email consultation each week. Unused consultations do not carry over from week to week or from month to month, and time can't accumulate for longer consultations. Silver Training Club and College Launch Solution Group Coaching members do not receive private phone or email consultations.
 
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYAll products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with a product simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Services are non-refundable. This includes any membership payment period where there has been a phone or email consultation. Cancellation of a speaking engagement with The HomeScholar should be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date. We will pass on any services fees or penalties that we incur from your bank or financial institution. Access to products purchased using a 3-month payment plan is contingent on all three payments being made. Failure to make one or more payments will result in access to that product being removed from your account. When the payment is made, access will be restored.
 
PRIVACYClient information is gathered for the purpose of communication with clients, fulfilling services and orders. Under no circumstances will we sell or give any personal information collected to marketers, publishers or any other outside source. SITE TERMS OF USEYou can access and make personal use of this site but may not display or sell any portion of it, without first getting our consent.

Our free products and articles can be freely shared with others as long as you use the correct linkage back to our site, which will be noted on the specific page. Our for-purchase products can be freely used within one family for all children living in your home, including foster children.
 
CONTENT TERMS OF USEEvery idea, phrase, sentence, paragraph, blog post, social media post, image, or article you get from The HomeScholar site or from Lee's writing or speaking, or any content not your own needs to be properly attributed. Here are some specific examples for proper use of HomeScholar content:
  • All quotes in all images or posts must be placed inside quotation marks with Lee Binz cited as the author of the quote, as legally required by the copyright on every page of our site.
  • Ideas you get from Lee that are put in your own words should be specifically and fully attributed to Lee. Remember that slightly altering content and posting it as your own without proper attribution is still considered plagiarism.
  • Articles that you want to use should either be linked to the article source (URL) or copied verbatim and in its entirety, including the copyright and bio at the end of the article as follows:
