My 9th grader has done well with VideoText Interactive. It's pricey, but it's a good fit for a home school situation. The only thing that might goof up a home school high schooler is that the first course is pre-Algebra, Algebra I and Algebra II. The next course is Geometry and Trig. Public high schools do Geometry in between Algebra I and Algebra II, and Geometry is covered on the PSAT / SAT. My child started pre-Algebra in 7th grade and is currently finishing Algebra II, so I don't think this will be a problem for us :-)
