What is Screen-Free Week?

Screen-Free Week is a week designed to help you cut down on screen time and enjoy family time instead. It's an international event, so anyone can participate! Don't worry, you can still use screens for work and your child can still use screens for homeschool.

Screen-free time is so important, as I share in my book, TechnoLogic. It's important to show kids that they can have fun without screens! This is a great time to encourage them to think, dream, read, play, create, and spend time with family and friends.
