December Homeschool Calendar Reminders

Can you believe it's already December? Before you know it, Christmas will be here and then the New Year! Don't let these important calendar reminders slip your mind during this busy season.

  • ​Middle School: High school level classes go on your child's high school transcript.Do you know how to make a transcript and course descriptions? If not, ask for this book for Christmas: Setting the Records Straight
  • Freshmen: Start a foreign language if possible, and don't skimp on math and science. Do you know what you need to prepare for college? If not, ask for this book for Christmas: College Admission and Scholarships
  • Sophomores: If your child took the PSAT for fun, you will receive an estimated SAT score showing how they will likely do on the SAT. Give them a sample ACT test at home, so you can compare and see which test is best for your child. Choosing Between the SAT and ACT
